Copyright and Intellectual Property Notice
LXKeys publishes its works, structures and systems under a protected intellectual property framework. This page defines ownership, permitted use, restrictions, enforcement position and permission procedures across the LXKeys ecosystem.
Ownership and Scope
Protected Works, Systems and Distinctive Structures
Protection extends to original works and, where applicable, to associated distinctive structures, visual identities and technical expressions.
Unless otherwise stated, all original texts, visual compositions, editorial structures, diagrams, interfaces, documentation, registry presentations, naming systems, branding elements and other original materials published by or for LXKeys are protected by copyright and related intellectual property laws. Protection applies from creation, without any registration formality, subject to the rules of the applicable jurisdictions.
This notice covers, in particular, original materials associated with LXKeys, LXChronoScript, LXNotitia, LXPrivatus, the Spatium, the 72 AES entities, and related public ecosystem documents, including original textual compositions, visual systems, structured presentations, token documentation, proprietary branding elements and software or interface expressions where protectable.
Names, symbols, visual identifiers, documentation structures, and technical or editorial arrangements may also be protected, depending on their nature, under trademark law, design law, software protection rules, unfair competition law or other applicable legal regimes. Nothing on this page limits any additional rights that may exist under those regimes.
Restricted Uses
No Reproduction, Adaptation or Competitive Reuse Without Permission
Uses reserved to the rightholder may include copying, publishing, adapting, distributing, extracting, reusing or commercially exploiting protected content.
Copying and Republishing
No text, image, diagram, interface element, registry presentation, visual identity or protected material may be copied, archived, republished or redistributed in full or in substantial part without prior written permission, except where a legal exception applies.
Derivative and Competitive Reuse
No protected material may be adapted, translated, reorganized, reverse-engineered into derivative documentation, or reused to build competing naming systems, token documentation, registry structures or branded ecosystem replicas without authorization.
Structured Extraction and Reassembly
Systematic extraction, scraping, indexing, reassembly or structured reuse of protected materials, particularly when intended to reproduce the organization or expressive structure of LXKeys materials, is prohibited unless expressly authorized.
Enforcement Notice
Reserved Rights and Available Remedies
LXKeys reserves the right to enforce its intellectual property through the remedies available under applicable law.
Where infringement or unauthorized reuse is identified, LXKeys may seek appropriate remedies under applicable law. These remedies may include contact and notice procedures, takedown requests, cease-and-desist letters, requests for removal from platforms or repositories, injunctive relief, claims for damages and other measures available in the competent jurisdictions.
Where technically appropriate and legally permissible, LXKeys may document publication history, timestamps, hashes, version histories, communication records and other evidentiary materials in order to support ownership, priority, authorship or infringement claims.
Nothing on this page creates rights beyond those granted by applicable law. This notice states LXKeys’ ownership position, usage restrictions and enforcement intention, while the scope of any claim, exception, defense or remedy remains governed by the law applicable to the facts and the forum concerned.
