INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND INTEROPERABILITY POLICY

Open integration
LXKeys publishes selected specifications, schemas, APIs, verification methods and documentation so that third parties can understand, integrate and verify the system without access to the protected canonical Core implementation.

Controlled canonical authority
Public documentation does not grant authority to operate a service represented as the canonical LXKeys Core, issue canonical LXKeys Registry records, create official LXKeys identifiers outside the documented authority, or use LXKeys marks in a way that implies official status without authorization.

Permitted interoperability
Subject to the applicable terms, third parties may build compatible clients, connectors, visualisations and integrations that consume public LXKeys interfaces and preserve the canonical source and identifiers.

Rights reservation
Copyright, database rights, software rights, trade marks and other applicable rights are reserved except where an express licence states otherwise. To the extent permitted by applicable law, rights for automated text and data mining of protected LXKeys content are expressly reserved except for mandatory statutory exceptions or uses expressly licensed by LXKeys. Public availability does not grant a licence to train or deploy a substitutive system using protected LXKeys materials, reproduce the protected Core implementation, or present a derivative implementation as canonical LXKeys.

Machine-readable notice
LXKeys publishes machine-readable rights metadata alongside human-readable terms. These notices identify the canonical source and the intended interoperability permissions; they do not reduce mandatory rights or exceptions provided by applicable law. The current machine-readable TDM reservation is also published at /.well-known/tdmrep.json.
