PUBLIC REFERENCE — NON-NORMATIVE

Version 0.6.0 clarifies public Registry presentation and Registry Edition artifacts without changing the append-only canonical model.

CANONICAL RECORD PRESENTATION

A public Registry page may group canonical fields into human-readable sections for identity, temporal coordinates, integrity/evidence and protocol coordinates. This presentation is a view of the canonical record, not a second source of truth. The same page exposes explicit machine-readable links to the canonical record JSON and, where recorded, the canonical Evidence Manifest summary.

EVIDENCE DISCLOSURE

Public evidence may be listed and delivered from a public Registry record. Restricted evidence remains preserved but is not publicly enumerated. Confidential evidence remains outside public disclosure. Historical protocol/runtime data may use the stored value `private`; public presentation may label that compatibility value as confidential. Non-public evidence details must not be reconstructed through public projections.

REGISTRY EDITIONS

Each new Registry Edition contains three complementary representations of the same cumulative state through its closing Registry Sequence: (1) canonical Registry JSON/CSV, (2) a deterministic relational index in JSON/CSV/text, and (3) a formatted human-readable PDF. The PDF records edition identity, closing UTC/DYPCLT, canonical range, record count and cryptographic hash references, and presents every Registry position in the edition while respecting disclosure.

A historical Registry Edition remains immutable as a historical package. A standalone human-readable PDF may be derived later from the immutable canonical records and the stored edition metadata; doing so does not rewrite the historical ZIP, its recorded package digest or any canonical Registry record.

FINALITY

The Registry remains append-only. Presentation changes, evidence delivery controls, derived relational indexes and human-readable PDFs do not rewrite finalized records.
