LXS

The LXS layer

LXS is treated as a technical layer. Each identifier, address, transaction, tokenized object or cryptographic attestation must have a precise system function and a separately established legal classification.

01

Technical function first

No asset is presented as valuable or investment-like merely because it exists digitally. Its role must be defined through system function, identity, provenance, access, integrity or another specified technical purpose.

02

Distinct objects

Identifier, address, contract, token identifier, transaction, signature and cryptographic hash are distinct technical objects and must not be conflated.

03

Regulatory perimeter

Public descriptions must remain limited to validated technical functions. Any financial, transferable or regulated characteristic requires a separate current legal assessment before activation or promotion.

04

Current status

The LXS layer remains in consolidation. Existing historical assets are retained as system objects while their technical specification, verification and regulatory framing are reviewed.
