Release notes
- Preserve source-bound semantic profile ID and version when an API Entry becomes a mutable Chronoscript draft
- Preserve the source semantic extension during ordinary draft edits
- Reject attempts to replace submission-bound record type, semantic profile, profile version or semantic extension
- Block validation/finalization when an existing submission-derived draft does not match its source semantic binding
- Repair affected mutable 1.0.0 drafts on the next ordinary draft save and audit the restoration
- Add regression coverage for system-release submission acceptance, edit, repair, validation and canonical finalization
- No canonical schema, protocol, Registry Sequence or finalized-record migration
